Christmas Charity Festival
Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December – Venue: Inverleith Park - This annual event is now in its fourth year and goes from strength to strength with over 20 charity stalls to browse around within the comfort of a large marquee.
Entertainment - Under cover is the stage and entertainment area. Live music featuring choirs and groups from local schools will perform throughout Saturday and Sunday.
Carol Service - At 3pm on Saturday 6th we shall have our very popular Carol Service. After the service free mulled wine and mince pies will be served.
Santa's Grotto - (Open Saturday 09.30am - 5.30pm and Sunday 09.30am - 5.30pm)
The Forestcraft Santa Grotto last year was one of the star attractions and was fully booked by Sunday morning. This year to keep him company Santa will have his real reindeer with him.

Edinburgh Christmas 5k Run (Start 09.30am) - Over 500 runners took part in the 2013 Christmas run. The Great Scottish Christmas 5k Run is open to all. Special prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners.
Edinburgh Christmas Walk - 6 miles (Start 11am) - Our walk will take you through the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh and the Water of Leith finishing in Inverleith Park via Stockbridge.
The Golden Tinsel Mile Walks (Start 11.30am) - If you have limitations then the Golden Tinsel Mile Walks are for you. Suitable for elderly/disabled - Walk, Stroll 1, 2, or 3 miles you choose the distance!
The Great Scottish Christmas Buggy Run 5k (Start 12noon) - Mums and Dads bring your little ones and join us for the great Christmas Buggy Run. You can jog or walk the 5k course.
Meet Santa then the Santa Parade and Toddle (Santa arrives 1.30pm) - Santa will arrive in Inverleith Park riding in his magnificent sleigh and being pulled along by his favourite reindeers with The George Watsons Pipes and Drums playing. After the parade all toddlers will receive a Santa Toddle Medal, certificate and goody bag.
