LONGMAN Eastbourne Trail 10 is a tough and beautiful run taking in views across Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, along the most stunning part of one of the oldest trails in the world - the South Downs Way. Both the 10k and 10m route  start and end in Eastbourne on the Western Lawns giving easy access and a Grandstand Finish to this new and challenging winter event.

Designed to be both beautiful and testing, these LONGMAN runs offer great personal rewards, with runners enjoying exceptional views of the famous vista across Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters down to the turning point for the 10 Miler at Birling Gap. The Longman Eastbourne Trail 10 has potential to become an iconic event, known for it's beauty and toughness. Join in from it's inception and be ahead of the pack...

Sign on in The Big Sleep Hotel, Eastbourne will offer warmth before getting out onto the lawns for the start and putting in the hard yards... Entrants can expect chip timing, Clif energy during the run, a laid back communal vibe, big smiles and delicious warming Après - The Hot Recovery Drink from our main sponsor to warm you and aid your recovery. Finishers bags will be hard earnt and have meaningful,useful goodies  within.There's car parking in Eastbourne and on site toilets too. This is also a fantastic location for support members to have a great day out and cheer you on at the midway point of Birling Gap and the finish back at the lawns.
