Description
LONGMAN events are both beautiful & challenging, requiring participants to have trained purposefully to complete these runs. The personal rewards will be great, runners able able to enjoy exceptional views of the famous vista from Devil's Dyke and the route toward Ditchling Beacon.

The 10k route starts at the beautiful National Trust site of Devil's Dyke near Brighton. This challenging and hilly route takes in the breathtaking coastal and far reaching country views
either side of the South Downs Way.
The run is more challenging than a road 10k - please be prepared for the challenge and effort needed! The big pay off will be the sense of achievement and stunning views.
A relay of bike marshals will lead out the runners with the route being well marked by fluro signage.
Goodie bags, finishers medals, prizes & Après - The Hot Recovery Drink are all available on the day. There's free car parking and on site toilets too, situated only a few miles from Brighton this is a great location for a family day out or picnic!
