Event: Ely Festive 5k Sunday 23^rd November 2014 at 11.00am

Closing date for postal entrants: 19^th November 2014

How to enter: Entrants can register for the event by posting the form and cheques to: Ely Festive 5k, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, 351 Hill Road, Cambridge, CB1 3DF, enclosing your entry fee.  Cheques should be made payable to “Arthur Rank Hospice Charity”.  The entry fee is £10 for adults and £7 for children (under 16).  This fee is non-refundable and covers all expenses in administrating your place.  It also pays for your Santa hat, medal and bottle of water.

Our sponsors Ward Gethin Archer, Market Place, Ely and The Cambridge High Street, Ely are also able to accept your completed registration form and entry fee, or you can register on line at arhc.org.uk

What happens next?

Upon receipt of your entry form and fee we will issue a confirmation and sponsorship pack

Place are non-transferable, so if you are unable to take part for any reason, you must inform us as soon as possible and return the sponsorship form even if it has no sponsorship entries.

All participants are responsible for their own medical conditions.  If in doubt about your ability to take part in the Ely Festive 5k, please consult your doctor in advance.  Please also let us know if you have any conditions we need to be aware of for reference purposes.

By registering for Ely Festive 5k you give permission for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity to use your name and photo in any publicity materials that might be produced, unless written objection is received by the organiser prior to the event.

Your can run, jog or walk the route, it’s up to you!  By gaining sponsorship for your efforts you will help us fund the vital end of life support that makes such a difference to so many people.  We will provide you with all the fundraising tools you need to help you gain sponsorship.

Fancy dress is optional but definitely encouraged

Every entrant will be given a hat that they can run with on the day.

Everyone is welcome

Prizes will be awarded for fastest male, fastest female, fastest team and best dressed.
