Please meet at the start/finish point by the Hub (NW1 4RU) in Regents Park. The start is approximately a 20 minute walk from Broadcasting House. The nearest tube stations are Baker Street, Great Portland Street & Regents Park, though The Hub is best reached by taking the entrance closest to Baker Street Station.
There are male and female changing rooms, showers and toilets at The Hub. You can leave your belongings in the changing rooms, and they will be locked whilst the race is underway, but please note that any valuables are left at your own risk. There are also a limited number of individual lockers available to use (£1 coin needed for operation) on a first come first served basis.
All entrants should collect their race numbers on the night from the desk by the start of the race, or inside the Hub if it is wet or windy. The race is scheduled to start at 6.30pm, so please allow plenty of time to collect your number beforehand. Numbers should be worn on the front of your vest or T-shirt, and pins will be provided. Your race number must not be transferred to another runner.
The course is a flat 10K route which is 3 laps as shown on the enclosed map. There will be kilometre markers and arrows around the course with marshals placed at strategic points. Please be courteous to other users of the park.
Water will be available at the start and finish and First Aid personnel will be in attendance should anyone need assistance.
Prize giving will take place after the event and medals for each finisher will be given out upon finishing the race.
