Hospice in the Weald’s popular 10K road race is back for its 9^th year!

All abilities are warmly welcome to take up the challenge, enjoy a great day out and raise vital funds for our patients, their families and carers.

We are very excited to announce that Sarah's Runners are offering all participants one free training session to offer advice and support at preparing for this run so that, come 14th September, the event is less daunting. Subsequent sessions will cost just £3. 

For experienced runners, the 10K is an opportunity to get a race under your belt and train for upcoming half and full marathons. Chip timing will be in operation for accurate time keeping.

There will be plenty to keep the family entertained, including a sponsored 1K run, bouncy castles, refreshments and much more.
