Race two of 'The Mash Running Chase Series 2014' sees Milford Common as the starting point for another memorable event. Race one sold out early, so don’t miss out on another great outdoor adventure!

Set within 26sq miles the Cannock Chase provides a remarkable range of landscape and wildlife, including a herd of around 800 fallow deer and a number of rare and endangered birds. Come join us and see how many you can spot on the way round.

Location:
Milford Common, Brocton Road, Stafford, ST17 0UH.

Course:
The route follows a 10k loop around the Milford Common & Cannock Chase area on open heathland and woodland tracks. The trail is undulating and in some places hilly.

Car Parking:
Free car parking for all participants, but will get busy. Please try are car share where possible.

Toilets:
Opposite the start area. Please consider the local environment, respect these facilities and other site users on race day.

Changing:
Due to the remote location of this event we regret that there will be no changing or shower facilities.

Timing and Results:
This will be a timed event and results will be updated on the results page.

Race Photography:
Once again race day pictures will be available to view and download for free (yes free!) on our photos page courtesy of Bryan Dale from Race Photos. Bryan has many years of expertise in race photography and has snapped hundreds of thousands of runners all around the country.

Drinks Station:
There will be a water station approx halfway around the course.

Race Number & Race Details:
All numbers will be collected from the race start area on morning of the race, so please give yourself enough time to collect yours and fill in the reverse before the start. Full race details will be emailed out approx 2 weeks before. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct email address otherwise you will not get a race pack.

Race Technical Tee shirt:
These will be handed to each finisher as you stomp triumphantly across the finish.

No Entries On The Day:
Entries in advance only please. Deadline for entries is Monday 6th October but will close when capacity reached. Please book early as again this event is expected to sell out.

Refreshments & Food:
Hot meals snacks and drinks are available to purchase afterwards at either the Barley Mow Pub opposite (with a Wacky Warehouse) or Wimpy.
