Description

Havering Mind is a mental health charity based in Hornchurch, Essex. We are holdimng a 5km charity run in Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch.

It is £7 to enter, with all money raised going to our charity.

Each participant will receive a certificate and a medal as a thank you for taking part. There will also be prizes and goody bags for the winners.

The adult race starts at 11am, with registration from 10am.

We are also holding a 1km junior fun run which takes places at 12pm. This is a free event and open to all under 16.

We are encouraging local people to take part and support our charity by either running, or walking the route.

It is well known that exercise and physical activity can have a positive effect on a persons mental health, and we are keen to promote this.

We will also be holding a BBQ on the day and have refreshments on sale to make it the ideal day out in the park for all the family!
