The Fuller's Thames Towpath Ten is a fast, flat and accurately measured course organised and marshalled by West London's friendliest running club West 4 Harriers. Take a break from the myriad of half marathons on offer and test yourself against London's only Spring 10 miler, at the tantalising price of only £16 (£14 for UKA). The route takes in the picturesque Thames Towpath between Chiswick Bridge and Twickenham Bridge, passing by Kew Gardens and Syon House. The return leg goes past Old Deer Park and continues on pavements through Kew before a last mile back on the Towpath and over Chiswick Bridge to the finish. Water stations, chip to chip timing, a rapid online results system as well as your time sent to you by text are all included.
