Choose between 10k 40k 2.5k or 5k 20k & 2.5k Sunday 7th September 2014 10.00am Start Based at Mallards Pike in Beautiful Forest of Dean A 10k (5k) run on wide forest gravel trails, followed by 40k (20k) road bike on Forest Roads with left turns only, finished with a flat 3 lap run around the lake.
