This Race incorporates the North of England 10k Road Championships for 2013 and is run on undulating but fast Traffic free country roads. Men's Course Record is held by Jonny Mellor at 29:10 and Women's by Helen Clitheroe at 32:25. Showers/Toilets/Changing Rooms. £200.00 first for the winner and the same for the first woman. £200.00 bonus for breaking the Course Record
