Situated on the outskirts of Winchester, Matterley Bowl offers a unique and challenging environment for the newest running and endurance event in the 'challenge calendar'.... The General. We offer two disciplines for you to choose from. Whether you enjoy the challenge of a cross country run, taking in the stunning scenery of the South Downs in The General 10K or overcoming the the gruelling obstacle course of The General 10K Battle Zone, complete with 'rifle', The General is the challenge event for you.
