Durdle Door- 6.26 miles

A spectacular run which aims to avoid some of the busier paths from Lulworth Cove, without sacrificing the wonderful views. This is not a route for anyone who suffers from vertigo and extra care must be taken.

Golden Cap  - 4.88 miles

This is a spectacular but tough run which follows the South West coast path up to the top of Dorset's Golden Cap. There are marvellous views from the top which makes up for the punishing climb.

Dunstanburgh Castle Canter - 4.83 miles

A stunning run along the coast North of Craster Village featuring supurb views of the picturesque ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle.

River Yealm Estuary - 4.80 miles

A beautiful run around the headland from Noss Mayo, with great views over the English Channel and River Yealm Estuary. A stiff climb is rewarded with views over the estuary before more great views from the coast path as it winds around the dramatic cliffs of the headland.

The Seven Sisters - 6.15 miles

An easy to follow route which follows an undulating wooded path on the way out and then returns via four of the magnificent 'Seven Sisters' on the South Coast.

Holkham Beach - 3.90 miles

A lovely beach run with the return through forest tracks. Around the route one can admire the beach stretching down to the North Sea, the sand dunes and picturesque but inordinately expensive beach huts.

Hastings Coast Path - 3.62 miles

This is a hilly run through Hastings Country Park with great sea views. The route follows the 1066 Country Way and then loops back to return on the coast path with a challenging uphill towards the end.

Brighton Marina Cliff Path - 4.96 miles

This is a simple to follow run from Brighton Marina which uses the Under-cliff path for most of the outbound run and then climbs onto the cliff for the return with spectacular sea views.

Sennen Cove and Land's End - 3.09 miles

A short but scenic run from Sennen Cove following a sandy cycle path to Land's End and returning along the coast path with great views over the cliffs.

Rhossilli Bay Ramble - 4.00 miles

A lovely run with great views over Rhossili Village, the majestic sweep of Rhossili Bay and the Worms Head penninsular.
